Aromas of black and blue fruit with hints of violets, dark chocolate, iodine and wet stones. Full-bodied with vivid fruit, bright acidity and compact tannins that are nicely put together, reaching harmony and poise, and at the same time showing intensity and richness. Long and velvety. Better after 2026.

There are just 24 cases of Malk's 2019 Staffordshire Reserve, a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon with 25% each Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Loaded with black cherries and framed by delicate cedar and dark chocolate nuances, it's full-bodied, rich, concentraded and supple, not overly tannic but with a long, lingering finish.
